I introduced a bill recently that would allow states to bypass the Biden Administration’s open border policies and restore the Rule of Law. 

The “State Immigration Enforcement Act” would empower states and localities to pass and enforce laws that impose criminal penalties similar to the federal laws that Mr. Biden and his Radical Left lackeys have cast aside!

 

 

Congress must authorize states to act, because the Biden Administration has refused to enforce our nation’s federal immigration laws amid a historic invasion.

When re-elected with an America First Congressional majority, we will finish the border wall, empower state governments to protect their constituents, and hold the Biden Administration accountable for this grotesque dereliction of duty!
