Dear Friends,
While NYC Public School District 3 in Manhattan has been deeply segregated for years, we’ve addressed this issue head-on, and made some progress in the southern part of the district. ([link removed]) Achieving equity in education has been elusive, and is a citywide problem. Community leaders have grappled with this issue for decades.
