With less than three weeks to go until the November midterm elections, the threats to our democracy, our planet, the right to choose, and our civil rights could not be clearer.
This is it: now is the time for us to do everything we can to support Democratic candidates for local and federal office.
Now, I know that you’re likely getting lots of requests for money right now—but that’s not what I’m asking for today! Right now, the best thing we can do to ensure Democrats hold Congress and win key state races is to organize, organize, organize.
That's why I’ll be joining the following virtual phonebanks and in-person canvassing events, and I hope to see you at one or more! Every text, call, and doorknock in these races—whether they are here in New York or in Pennsylvania, Oregon, or Texas—matters.

NY-18 is an open seat that Democrats need to win in order to hold the House this year. Democratic candidate Pat Ryan has the experience and record to beat his anti-choice, NRA opponent, but he needs our support to ensure strong Democratic turnout. Spend the day in Hudson Valley with us to get out the vote!
Having conversations with voters, either face-to-face or through phonebanking, is one of the best ways to get out the vote for Democrats in competitive races. I'll also be making calls to encourage voters to support Kathy Hochul for Governor on the Working Families Party line, and knocking some doors locally for Max Rose.
The stakes couldn’t be higher this year. I’m so grateful for the hard work that so many of you are putting into organizing in these final weeks–let’s keep up the momentum until November 8th!
