Here’s why your support is so critical:
In two months, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear a high stakes abortion case. With Brett Kavanaugh on the bench poised to cast the deciding vote, this could be a MAJOR BLOW for abortion rights.
The case challenges a Louisiana law that would shutter every abortion clinic in the state except for one. Losing this case would make Roe v. Wade irrelevant and open the floodgates for severe attacks on abortion access EVERYWHERE.
The National Partnership is determined to fight back with everything we’ve got. We simply cannot let that happen.
At the same time, we’re fighting back against relentless attacks on the Affordable Care Act, while also supporting the #MeToo and TIME’S UP movements and putting paid family leave squarely on the national agenda.
