Skeptics have said that we were wasting our time getting started so early. I disagree.

From day one, we knew that organizing was the way to build the movement and momentum it would take to flip this seat - and also to have the kind of conversations and build the kind of connections that we need in our country right now.

Which means we have hundreds of volunteers working all across the district this weekend. The energy is palpable and you can feel it growing each day as more people join us. This is a big part of what is making me so hopeful right now.

NC-11 is a battleground district - and in tight races, having face-to-face conversations about how we’re going to pave a new path forward is indispensable to winning.

Our full-year organizing program has made it possible for us to flip this district, and we can’t let up this close to Election Day. NC voters are already casting ballots and we need to reach those who haven’t yet.
