John,

Yesterday, we told you that Chris Carr was revealed to have taken nearly $75,000 from Centene, a company that has been accused of inflating drug prices and defrauding Georgia consumers. This is not the first time Carr has put big special interests before the needs of his constituents.

Chris Carr supported Georgia's new permitless carry law, which makes it easier for dangerous criminals to access guns, and he was rewarded with a max-out campaign contribution from a major gun manufacturer. He took cash from Big Pharma while negotiating an opioids settlement with a major drug company. And in 2019, when Jen urged Carr to take action against Sterigenics (which had released dangerous chemicals into her State Senate district), he did nothing.

Chris Carr has shown that he can't be trusted to have our backs. Meanwhile, Jen has represented everyday Georgians and taken on predatory lenders and healthcare giants who would deny care to people with pre-existing conditions. The choice is clear, and we need to drive that choice home to voters every day from now until November 8.

Please, pitch in $10 or more to help us keep making our case. The momentum is on our side as Carr plays defense in the wake of stories about Centene — but we cannot take our foot off the gas.

Thank you,

Team Jen

Democratic State Senator Jen Jordan (pronounced Jer-Dun) has spent her legal career fighting for Georgians. Because of her real-life experience in the courtroom and out of it, Jen knows that now, more than ever, we need an Attorney General who will take a stand and fight for the rights of each and every Georgian.
