This is absolutely horrifying, Patriot.


A convicted rapist in California was released decades early from prison with no supervision, only to be arrested again a few weeks later for the murder of a 60-year old man.

GET RID OF SOFT-ON-CRIME POLICIES


In fact, the sentencing judge even argued that “It is this court’s intention that this defendant never get out of prison. This defendant is incapable of being rehabilitated. This defendant is not someone who should ever be allowed into society”.


If this wasn’t enough, this felon also had a violent in-prison record. While incarcerated, he was convicted of two felony battery cases, vandalism, and received countless disciplinary write-ups.

In spite of all this, he was released early and commited murder just 73 days later.
