Lucy Ferriss is the author of novels, short stories, essays, and a memoir. Lucy is Writer-in-Residence Emerita at Trinity College, and a dedicated SDP volunteer.

Candidate Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz (PA HD-129) serves as City Councilwoman for District 6 in Reading, PA, and owns and manages Reading's Mi Casa Su Casa Cafe (yum!). She supports abortion access, and has received community-service awards from the Latino Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts, Domestic Shelters Organization, and the 2022 POWER 100 Who's Who in Latino Pennsylvania, among others.
Candidate Dan Williams (PA HD-74), a pastor and Teamster, is running for reelection in a redrawn, redder district. He's worked to expand broadband access, equalize education funding, and improve substance-use treatment, and vocally supports women's reproductive rights. His numerous endorsers include Planned Parenthood, AFL-CIO, Conservation Voters of PA, and Barack Obama himself.
