Help ensure that CA has the strongest possible protections for abortion and contraception in our state laws.

Friend –

As the US Supreme Court and states across the country continue to gut abortion access, California has the opportunity to stay true to our values by making the right to abortion and contraception even more explicit through a state constitutional amendment.

Voting Yes on Proposition 1 will ensure that California has the strongest possible protections for abortion and contraception in our state laws. And a resounding win for Prop. 1 will send a powerful message across the nation and demonstrate vast support for abortion rights and send a powerful message that California stands for reproductive freedom.

Vote Yes on Proposition 1, on or before Tuesday, November 8.

While the rights to abortion and contraception already exist in the California Constitution and in state law, this amendment will explicitly spell out those rights for people in California and further solidify those protections.

Abortion is on the ballot in November, right here in California. Join us to reinforce California's position as a reproductive freedom state by voting Yes on Proposition 1!

Thanks for sticking with us,
