John, since we are a grassroots organization, we want to be really transparent with you about where we ended up on our fundraising last month, compared to last year:

We reject all corporate PAC contributions and rely on small-dollar fundraising, so it’s really important that we notice any dips and do everything we can to make up the difference.

Unlike the DCCC, we don’t believe in trying to scare or guilt trip you into donating. There is no reason to kiss all hope goodbye. And we don’t have any generous donors to “QUADRUPLE MATCH” your donation.

We really do need to get serious about our fundraising as we look to November. The Squad is up for re-election and we have the opportunity to grow our progressive power by electing Summer Lee, Greg Casar, and Odessa Kelly.
