65% of Americans support pardoning nonviolent offenses related to
marijuana possession and a staggering 70% support changing its schedule 1
classification, which would allow researchers to more openly study
marijuana, including its medicinal usages.
Currently, 37 states and D.C. have legalized medical marijuana and 19
states have legalized recreational usage. In the 2022 midterm elections,
Missouri, Arkansas, North and South Dakota and Maryland are voting on
legalization.
In the past two decades, more than 10 MILLION arrests have been made for
nonviolent possession of marijuana. So we want to know where you stand on
