It was great to be back at Marney's Village Inn yesterday to celebrate their victory in my 2022 Pub of the Year competition.
This year's runners up were Brightwater Brewery Platform 3 in Claygate and the Hare and Hounds, Claygate - as voted for by customers.

There is still time to back my campaign to extend Zone 6 across Esher and Walton constituency
Over 1,500 residents have signed my petition to extend Zone 6 to cover all our local stations. Next, I will be petitioning TfL and South Western Railway to deliver Zone 6 to more local stations.

Esher Chamber of Commerce have worked closely with South West Surrey Farmers Markets and Elmbridge Borough Council to bring an all new Farmers' Market to Esher.
The market will be held between 10am-2pm on every third Saturday of the month.

There was a great turnout and lots of new ideas to help boost business in Esher - including Esher Farmers' Market.
Classes commence at Heathside Walton School
I revisited Heathside Walton to see how staff and pupils are settling into the temporary site following its opening at the beginning of this academic year in September.
It was great to see classes in action and check in on the progress of the main site. Heathside Walton will create an additional 180 local school places each year after 2023 when it opens on its new, permanent site.
Pop-up surgery in The Heat Centre, Walton
I hold regular pop-up surgeries across the constituency to hear from local residents on any issues they would like to raise.
