Join us virtually at our annual conference, Making Money Make Change on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10am-3pm PST / 1pm-6pm EST.
This year's Making Money Make Change (MMMC) will be a one-day interactive virtual event full of learning and relationship-building. This conference is uniquely designed for young people (18-35) with wealth and/or class privilege who are interested in utilizing that privilege towards a more just world.
We’ll start our time together with an opening that grounds us in our current shared reality and helps us locate our personal stake in creating a different future. We’ll then move into small groups where we’ll get to do some connecting and storytelling before selecting which workshop to attend. Then we’ll come back together for a panel with leaders from the Movement for Black Lives, the Center for Popular Democracy, and more who will share about organizing in this political moment and the roles of young people with wealth. Participants will leave with renewed energy, greater clarity, and a deepened commitment to the equitable redistribution of wealth, land, and power.
