John,

This past Sunday, Gov. Glenn Youngkin went on CNN’s State of the Union with Jake Tapper. While Youngkin went on the show to raise his national profile, Tapper forced him to answer for some of his worst decisions as governor, including his recently proposed discriminatory trans student policy.

Ignoring the pesky facts that students are walking out of schools in protest and major city school districts are rejecting his policy, Youngkin called it an uncontroversial, “common-sense approach”.

Youngkin is forcing this exclusionary policy on Virginia’s public schools and then telling CNN it’s no big deal? Not on our watch! We’re setting a goal to raise $1,000 by October 15 to fight back against Youngkin’s radical agenda. Can you help us get there with a $5 donation today?

Youngkin’s claims don’t even stand up to the gentlest scrutiny. Tapper repeatedly asked Youngkin if he had consulted the American Pediatrics Association, or even one trans person, when developing this policy, and Youngkin had no answer.

John, we know Youngkin is just playing to his base and cannot actually defend his policy. He is out of his depth, and we need to make sure his agenda meets with strong opposition in Richmond. Will you help us reach our goal with a $5 donation today, so we can send Hala to Richmond and grow our team of Democratic legislators fighting for all Virginians?

Let’s take him on,
