Folks,

With November's midterm elections less than four weeks away, we're heading into a critical stretch to protect our reproductive rights. Take a look at this headline from FiveThirtyEight :

Right now, protecting the fundamental right to reproductive health care depends on just one thing: Securing Governor Roy Cooper’s veto power.

But if Republicans are able to gain veto-proof majorities in Raleigh, they’ll waste no time pushing through a radical abortion ban just as they have in so many other states.

In these final weeks of the election, voters are beginning to tune in key races across the state, so Republicans are doubling down on their attacks and are preparing to do — and spend — whatever it takes to win and gain a veto-proof majority in the state legislature.

We can’t let this happen. Fighting back will require winning elections on several fronts, and we’re only going to get there if everyone chips in right now.

Folks, we can work together to protect Governor Roy Cooper’s veto and elect Democratic candidates who will secure our reproductive rights — but it’ll take resources. If you can, please make a contribution today to help us fight back: [[link removed]]
