John—

Here’s a terrifying thought: If Donald Trump wins reelection, there’s a
chance that he will get to nominate another anti-choice Supreme Court
justice.

Can you imagine another Brett Kavanaugh or Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme
Court?

[ [link removed] ]We can — and together, we can stop it from happening. Donate
$15 before midnight on Dec. 31 to help us reach our
end-of-year goal, and your donation will be matched, dollar-for-dollar.

Trump’s nominees already occupy two seats on the Supreme Court and account
for more than one in every four federal appeals judges, and more than one
in seven district court judges. Because of Donald Trump and Mitch
McConnell, our judiciary has been stacked with anti-choice judges at every
level — many of whom will be all too happy to rule against access to
abortion and reproductive freedom.^1

That’s why we’re launching our most aggressive electoral spending campaign
in our 50-year history, investing $34.7 million to reach 3.6 million
voters in order to flip the Senate, expand the pro-choice majority in the
House of Representatives, and put a halt to the Trump-McConnell judicial
disaster.

[ [link removed] ]With your support, we can expand this investment to reach even more
voters — and make sure that Donald Trump never gets the chance to nominate
another Supreme Court justice. And right now, your donation will be
MATCHED dollar-for-dollar.

Despite our historic investment, we’re still going to be outspent by the
anti-choice extremists who poured millions of dollars into the right-wing
campaign that led to Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

One of the most notorious anti-choice lobbying groups in the country, the
Susan B. Anthony (SBA) List, has already pledged to spend $41 million to
reelect Donald Trump — their “pro-life” hero whose other accomplishments
include locking babies in cages, tearing more than 5,400 children away
from their parents at the southern border, and reducing the United States’
commitments to aslyum-seekers to historic lows.^2,^3,^4,^5

In the face of the current anti-choice majority on the Supreme Court, we
need a president who’s committed to nominating judges who will uphold Roe,
and a legislative branch that will pass federal protections for abortion.
That’s why we’re digging deep to make 2020 a banner year for pro-choice
candidates.

We need your help to make it happen, though — so we’re asking:

[ [link removed] ]Can you make a year-end donation of $15 before Dec. 31 at
midnight? All donations will be DOUBLE-MATCHED.

Proud to have you in this fight with us,

Ilyse Hogue
President, NARAL Pro-Choice America
