The deadline for registering to vote in Texas is today!
Visit VoteTexas.org and make sure you and all the Texans you know are prepared to make your voices heard in this year’s elections. [[link removed]]
There’s less than a month left to talk to Texans about our race in TX-07 and other important races on the ballot, and #TeamLizzie volunteers are working hard to get out the vote. Lizzie was glad to join them to stamp postcards at our postcard-writing party hosted by Run Sister Run PAC and helped kick off an Alief-area block walk with Swing Left. Sign up to join #TeamLizzie today! [[link removed]]

Another easy way you can help expand our reach in the district is by getting a #TeamLizzie yard sign. You can pick one up at any time at #TeamLizzie HQ (2990 Richmond Ave.) or request to have one delivered to you. [[link removed]]
Lizzie recently received a couple of exciting endorsements from the Houston Chronicle and the Alliance for Retired Americans!

The Houston Chronicle endorsed [[link removed]] Lizzie for re-election, recognizing the way she works across the aisle to deliver on Texas priorities — including her efforts to protect access to out-of-state abortion care.

Lizzie has a 100% score from the Alliance for Retired Americans for her track record in Congress as a champion for seniors and retirees and her efforts to protect critical earned benefits like Social Security and Medicare.
October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and we wanted to make sure you heard about a bill Lizzie is spearheading that would help disabled veterans get to work.

In Houston — which has the second largest veteran population in the country — vehicles are essential for getting around, including to jobs, interviews, and job-training opportunities. If signed into law, Lizzie’s bill would give disabled veterans the chance to update outdated adaptations to their vehicles for their medical needs if their disabilities prevent them from driving. The House passed the bill recently, putting it one step closer to becoming law and helping disabled veterans across Texas and our country.
Thanks for being a part of the team,
Team Lizzie
