Hi John,
I’ll be honest, I’m still buzzing from this past weekend. My team and I had SO MUCH FUN on Sunday participating in the Atlanta Pride Parade! We marched through Midtown Atlanta alongside thousands of folks from all over Georgia celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.

It was also an honor to be joined by several other incredible Georgia Democratic candidates, such as Stacey Abrams and Charlie Bailey. All of us are united in our support for LGBTQ+ folks in Georgia and around the country – we’re committed to standing up in the fight for equality.

I’ve heard from many LGBTQ+ people who are understandably concerned about their rights being infringed upon. After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , it paved the way for them to potentially repeal the Obergefell v. Hodges case that legalized same-sex marriage.
John, this is yet another reason why the 2022 midterms are such a critical moment for our country. Will you chip in a donation to my campaign for Congress to ensure our representation is supportive of LGBTQ+ rights? [[link removed]]
CHIP IN [[link removed]] I’m proud of the work I’ve done on this issue, such as standing behind the Respect for Marriage Act — a bill that would codify the validity of same-sex and interracial marriages — that’s currently in Congress. If Democrats lose our majorities in the House and Senate, the GOP would have a clear shot at dismantling these essential protections.
