Friend, you won't believe what Rand Paul did on Friday. 

First: He posted a tweet about the need to increase taxpayer funding for flood victims in Eastern Kentucky.  

A few minutes later: I pointed out that he voted AGAINST disaster relief funding for Eastern Kentucky on the Senate floor just last week!

Rand got embarrassed and deleted his own hypocritical tweet.

Here’s the bottom line. This guy doesn’t care about the people of Kentucky. He’s taking us for granted, and he doesn’t deserve to be our Senator.
