Friend –

With recent attacks on freedoms by the Supreme Court and state governments, it is clear that oppression based on race, class, disability, gender expression, and other identities affects us all in different ways, from voting rights, to bodily autonomy and self-determination, to access to healthcare. This moment in our country is challenging for all of us.

We would like to share with you on-demand access to "Intersections," a conversation between:

* Dr. Khiara Bridges, professor of law, UC Berkeley.

* Susan Mizner, director of ACLU's disability rights program.

* Tedde Simon, indigenous justice advocate, racial and economic justice program, ACLU NorCal.

This conversation has a special emphasis on our Indigenous Justice work and the current Supreme Court case, Brackeen v. Haaland. <[link removed]> If you are still looking for a way to honor Indigenous Peoples' Day on Monday, October 10, we invite you to take time to view this on-demand event and tap into our collective power to make change.
