John,

This Hispanic Heritage Month, I’ve been taking the time to celebrate the Illinois Latino leaders I’ve fought alongside to elect and who are working every day for our families.

Your support helped elect this slate of advocates – will you continue to fight by our side? [[link removed]]

* Delia Ramirez won the Democratic Primary and is on the way to becoming the first Latina Congresswoman from the Midwest.
* Representative-Elect Norma Hernandez beat a 10-year incumbent to be the first Latina elected to the Illinois General Assembly in her district's history.
* State Senator Celina Villanueva is the youngest Latina Senator in Illinois. She's been instrumental in legalizing cannabis and prohibiting law enforcement from working with ICE.
* And many more!

Together, we’ve made history, passed progressive policies at the local, state, and federal levels, and made our government look more like our communities. I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished, but with midterm elections a month away, we need to be ready to continue to build on this moment.

Chip in $50, $25, or even just $5 today to help make sure we have to resources we need for more historic wins this November. [[link removed]]

Best,
Chuy
