My bills would do two things: 

Protect taxpayers from frivolous IRS audits. Defending these audits is expensive, and if they fail, the IRS should foot the bill.

1.) Force the IRS to sell its stockpile of ammunition. This ammo must go before bureaucrats can use it to threaten citizens. 

2.) These unelected bureaucrats should not be able to target Americans with frivolous audits, nor should they have ammo stockpiles that could be used to threaten working families.
