Dear Portland Voters,

Placing a reminder top-of-inbox in hopes you'll join me this evening at 7:00pm for a Mayor Zoom Meeting to learn more about Question 2 on the Portland ballot.

Tonight I will welcome Jim Cohen & Michael Kebede, both experienced and informed public servants, who will talk about Question 2 on our local ballot which asks voters:
Shall the Municipality Approve the Charter Modifications Recommended by the Charter Commission Relating to Governance and Other Governance Related Matters?

Early, In Person voting starts next Wednesday, October 12th at City Hall.
M-F 8:30am-4:30pm, and until 5:30pm on Wednesdays

If you have not already requested an absentee ballot - you can do so here:

* You can call the City Clerk's office M-F from 8:30am to 4:30pm at 207-874-8677.
* You can complete a November 8, 2022 absentee ballot application ([link removed]) and submit it by
