[1.] Donald Trump knew his supporters were armed on January 6th; [2.] Donald Trump wanted to march alongside his armed supporters to the Capitol; [3.] And Donald Trump made a conscious choice not to stop his supporters as they carried out their assault on the Capitol building.
And now the January 6 Committee could refer Trump for criminal charges… BUT they need support from Democrats everywhere.
