Attorney General Ken Paxton is an embarrassment to our state, team.

But there’s good news…We have a chance to unseat him next month. But first, let me explain why this race is so important.

Here are a few not-so-fun facts about Ken Paxton:

*
He’s
been
indicted
on
five
felony
counts
of
fraud

and
is
being
investigated
by
the
FBI
*
He
tried
to
help
Trump
overturn
the
last
election
*
He
led
the
failed
effort
to
repeal
the
Affordable
Care
Act
*
He
fled
his
home
last
week
to
avoid
a
subpoena
from
abortion
rights
advocates
*
AND
he
was
just
ordered
to
testify
in
court
on
his
attacks
on
abortion
rights

Ken Paxton has used his office to benefit himself, his rich donors, and the extreme right-wing base that wants to strip Texans of their rights. Time and time again, he has avoided accountability for his criminal behavior—but his time may be up.

THERE’S GOOD NEWS: Rochelle Garza—a progressive, Latina civil rights attorney—is within the single digits of defeating him in November. With the right push, we can unseat the criminally corrupt Ken Paxton once and for all.

Ground Game Texas is working to Get Out the Vote in critical communities across Texas. If we’re successful, we can help Rochelle Garza defeat Paxton and deliver progressive change that Texans deserve.

Can you pitch in $30 right now to support our Get Out The Vote efforts? Your contribution will help us unseat Ken Paxton, Dan Patrick, and Greg Abbott and bring progressive change to Texas. [[link removed]]
