Dear John,
2019 was a historic year for everyone in the Alzheimer's research community.
Thanks to the vast amount of research being done, we now know so much more about this terrible disease and one thing is clear: Prevention is Key.
We are grateful to all of you for helping us have a landmark year of helping people prevent Alzheimer’s disease.
Our work continues with The Pink BrainTM Project at UCLA. We are studying the effects of yoga and Kirtan Kriya on women, as well as the effects of estrogen.
Our collaboration with the world-famous FINGER study continues as well. Your ARPF has been acknowledged on all their papers and Dr. Kivipelto, FINGER founder and director, gave an outstanding presentation at #BLTT19.
So onward and upward.
Thanks for helping us finish the year strong. It’s because of caring people like you that ARPF exists.
Everything we do and all the people we help around the world is only made possible because of your help and your donations.
We thank you for that blessing and hope you can contribute as we end this year and decade of great work and head into the next.
From all of us, we wish you the happiest of holidays.
Yours in Brain Health,
Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
