We'll be frank, John: for a long time, Democrats have not given enough attention to down-ballot races.
We've paid a price for that. Republicans have managed to build up state legislative majorities and elect Attorneys General across the country who have worked to shape and enforce regressive laws — including harsh abortion bans. But in just 34 days, we have a chance to begin reversing that in Georgia.
Jen is running a historic campaign and has outraised her opponent. Republicans are now scrambling to flood the state with outside money to lift Chris Carr's prospects. Every dollar we raise now is critical for building up our ads budget as we look to make our final case to voters.
