As you may know, Republicans need to flip just a handful of seats to take back the House from Nancy Pelosi this November. To do that, one of the seats we must win is Florida’s new 21st Congressional District!
That’s the seat I’m running in, even though this isn’t the easiest seat for Republicans to win in Florida, and let me tell you why…
I served for more than a decade in the U.S. military, including under the elite Joint Special Operations Command. I defused bombs for a living to keep my fellow soldiers safe. The last Taliban explosive that I found detonated beneath me, tearing off both of my legs and part of my arm.
So, you see, I’ve never been one to back down from a fight. And I know that it’s going to take a soldier like me to succeed in this mission that we must win to take back the House.
I’m writing to you today, , because ballots are in the mail as I’m typing this email. That means we are running out of time to reach the thousands of new voters in this district that have never seen my name on a ballot before.
Whatever you may think about mail-in voting (and I’ve certainly got opinions…) the reality is, tens of thousands of people are going to cast their ballots this way and we MUST reach them ASAP.
