John,

I want to explain why I’m asking you to make an urgent grassroots contribution to my campaign before tonight’s FEC deadline. [[link removed]]

When I first announced my campaign for Congress, I knew the fight ahead would be tough. You see, nothing worth fighting for, ever comes easy.

But together, we’ve built something truly special in IL-01. So, thank you.

I know times are tough: our families are struggling to afford basic necessities. Neighborhood grocery stores are closing, leaving behind food deserts that only sink working families further into poverty.

These are the pressing issues that impact our lives and well-being every single day, and these are the issues that our leaders must address. I will fight for this community – our community – in Congress and ensure we have the representation we deserve.

But first I need your help proving Democrats have the grassroots strength we need to elect a progressive, pro-choice, pro-democracy Congress. Click here to contribute before midnight: [[link removed]]

I cannot thank you enough for your support,

Jonathan

Jonathan is running to create jobs in Illinois, increase workforce skills, and build family economic security, values that Washington could stand to fight for.
