Team --

As we get ready to close the books on this fundraising quarter, my team did some digging into the most recent public finance reports, and here’s what we found about our #1 target, Nevada Republican secretary of state candidate Jim Marchant:

Last quarter, he raised $258,145.30. Only five percent of that came from donations under $100. $163,000 of it came from himself (of course it did). And all of it is going towards convincing Nevadans that he should be overseeing their elections.

But here’s the thing -- Marchant isn’t just any wealthy, self-funding GOP candidate. He’s a conspiracy-theorizing, election-denying extremist who’s been hand-picked by Donald Trump to do the dirty work of stealing the 2024 presidential election. And he’s leading by 4% in recent polling.

I am determined to do what it takes to ensure this man loses in November, and I’m asking you to join me. As of today, we’re $56,815 away from where our budget needs to be -- between right now and midnight on Friday, I need to close that gap. Can you help get it done before the FEC deadline?

I really believe that this grassroots team can make a big splash in the next two days -- and the fact is, if we don’t, we might not be able to erase Marchant’s lead in the polls.

Look, here’s what terrifies me: These secretary of state races can be easy for most Americans to ignore. Overseeing elections isn’t typically as splashy or headline-grabbing as other big midterm races. But I know that just a few hundred thousand dollars -- or in this case, $56,815 -- can make the difference between a principled public official overseeing ballot counting or a conspiracy theorist who lives in Trump’s back pocket. So I’m asking you to stay focused on this race and defeating Trump’s hand-picked candidates for secretary of state through these final weeks until Election Day.

I know we can do this, if committed supporters like you continue to step up and show that you’ll do what it takes to protect our democracy. So how about it -- will you help us close the gap by making a donation right now?

We’re so close. Thank you for powering this critical work.

Amy
