administration — and won 92% of the cases resolved.

deep-water canyons
* We continue BLOCKING his attempts to resurrect the disastrous Keystone
XL tar sands oil pipeline, which would carry 830,000 barrels per day
of some of the dirtiest crude oil on the planet through the America
heartland
* We DERAILED his ploy to let oil, gas, and coal companies avoid paying
millions of dollars in royalties

Endangered Species Act, defend bees and other pollinators, uphold the
