My opponent launched a dishonest push poll targeting thousands of Democratic women falsely claiming that I will be soft on crime, and even lying that I am a multi millionaire (I wish! After student loans my net worth is negative).
Unlike my opponent, my top priority will be preventing and solving violent crime in our community. Whereas Pat has been focused on charging non violent Nebraskans that have substance or mental health issues with felonies for low level simple drug possession - making them worse and driving up recidivism rates and overcrowding our prisons.
This won't be the last of the smear campaigns. The Republican Party announced our race was a top target just a few weeks ago. They even tried kicking me off the ballot and was rejected by a unanimous opinion of the Supreme Court.
