Just 48 days from today, Americans will go to the polls and cast their votes in the midterm elections. So much hangs in the balance — voting rights, women's rights, the future of our judiciary, the strength of our democracy, and what kind of society we will be going forward. Will we be able to continue our fight to expand opportunity — or will Mitch McConnell and powerful, big-money special interests call the shots?

The outcome of the 2022 midterm elections will set our course for the next two years and beyond. As we head into this consequential period I want to make sure your voice is being heard.

Please take a moment today to complete my short survey and let me know where you stand. As always, your input is important to me.

Despite the difficulties we face with such a razor-thin Senate majority, we are fighting back and making progress. We acted to cut prescription drug prices and made consequential investments in clean energy that will lead to lower costs for American families and put our country in position to be a global leader on climate change. We've passed historic funding to invest in American infrastructure and support critical R&D for emerging technologies — investments that will create millions of good jobs and revitalize American competitiveness.

And that's just a start. Just think what we could do with a few more seats in the Senate and a democratic majority in the House. That's what we are working towards.

Thank you so much for being a part of this team.

Onwards!

Chris
