Believe it or not, we are just 7 weeks out from Election Day! We’ve compiled a list of 7 things you can do right now to help us in these final days.
#1. Call 7 neighbors.
Word of mouth is one of the best ways to get the word out about the importance of this election. Pick up the phone right now and call 7 neighbors, friends, or family members about why voting in November is so important and get them to commit to vote.
#2. Knock on 7 doors.
Don’t miss your chance to help rally voters to the polls for important races up and down the ballot. We need as much help as we can get so please mark your calendar now for our next big Day of Action, Saturday, October 1st!

#3. Buy 7 items from our merch store!
With election day around the corner, a little shopping at the #TeamLizzie store goes a long way. The money you spend helps the campaign, and of course sporting the gear gets the word out to voters. Shop for T-shirts, bumper stickers, tote bags, and more!

#4. Write 7 postcards.

We’re sending postcards to make sure Texans have a plan to vote, and our next party is this Thursday, September 15th, from 6 to 8 p.m.

#5. Register 7 people to vote!
When it comes to having a plan to vote, time is of the essence! The deadline for registering to vote in Texas is in three weeks -- it’s on October 11th.
Visit VoteTexas.org and make sure you and all the Texans you know are prepared to cast ballots this November. [[link removed]]
#6. Plant 7 yard signs.
Get your yard signs and show your #TeamLizzie pride! And ask a friend or two to plant one, too!
