When far-right Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters attempted to tamper with election results and undermine the will of the people, Jena took swift action to protect Colorado voters and the integrity of the state’s election systems.
She has proven time and again that she will fight for every eligible voter to be heard, regardless of their political affiliation. Jena has expanded access to the polls for voters in all corners of the state, and she has overseen elections with record-breaking voter turnout, even in the midst of a global pandemic.
Far-right extremists are attempting to go back in time and abolish fundamental freedoms for a huge majority of Americans.
