John, today marks two years since the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

In the wake of the Dobbs ruling — made possible because Republicans ignored the voices of millions of Americans and rushed a replacement onto the Supreme Court mere weeks after her death — this loss has been felt more than ever. Yet her memory remains a blessing, inspiring us to keep fighting for our values no matter the challenges we face.

Justice Ginsburg lived by her principles and always pursued justice for those without power and without a voice. Her legacy is one that generations of women will be forever grateful for. She was a constant source of inspiration for me and so many women who chose to pursue law as a career.

As I seek to become the first woman Attorney General of my state, I often think of this quote from Justice Ginsburg's first oral arguments before the Supreme Court: "I ask no favors for my sex. All I ask of our brethren is that they take their feet off our necks." I'm running because opportunity, equality, and justice — the principles which Justice Ginsburg tirelessly worked toward — are on the ballot.

Two years on from her passing, we must honor Justice Ginsburg's legacy by fighting to uphold it with our voices and votes. And we must do it in the face of extreme forces that are determined to stop us at every turn and further restrict our rights.

I'm determined to help lead that fight at the state level. But I can't do it without your help. So John, will you support my campaign with a donation of $10 or more? With just over 50 days left in the election, we cannot afford to spare any effort.
