John,

I’d like to tell you about key races that are often overlooked and underfunded. I’m talking about County Supervisor elections.

Here in Iowa, voters elect County Supervisors who serve as policy makers and are responsible for overseeing the budget and enacting programs at the county level.

These are incredibly important public service jobs that don’t get enough attention or support. That’s why I’m reaching out to you personally, John.

There are three Democrats in Western Iowa running tough races to become County Supervisors.

First, there’s Jeremy Dumkrieger who is running for Woodbury County Supervisor. If elected, he’ll bring balance to an all Republican-controlled board.

Second, there’s Jeff Shudak, an Iowa plumber and labor leader who is running for Pottawattamie County’s Board of Supervisors. Jeff will always put Iowa’s workers first and ensure that rural Iowans get the representation they deserve and need.

Lastly, there’s Dave Muhlbauer. Dave’s running for Crawford County Supervisor. Dave’s a 5th generation farmer who is running to give workers, farmers and rural families a seat at the table.

Make no mistake: these elections will have a huge impact on their local communities. We desperately need more fighters for working families at the local level.

Will you chip in $10 and help us win these critical local races? Every bit of support will go a long way when it comes to winning down ballot races.

Standing Tall for All,
