I’m writing to ask you to make a contribution — $5 or whatever you can afford — before our fundraising deadline at midnight.

Here’s the truth: 

Experts all over the country agree that Arizona is going to be one of the closest races in the country this year. And now that we have our opponent, all eyes are on us. 

And to top it all off, my opponent has the full support and endorsement of Donald Trump. So we can expect more rallies and attacks from the former president aimed at amping up his base. 

This is a lot, I know. Trump is putting the pressure on. Our opponent has Super PACs and outside groups spending millions of dollars in attack ads against us. But we have each other. And that’s how we’ll win again.

So please, I’m humbly asking:

Can you split a $5 contribution between my campaign and Kirsten Gillibrand’s before our fundraising drive comes to a close? I wouldn’t ask if it weren’t so important.
