UPDATE: Yesterday, Senate Republicans introduced a federal abortion ban. We’ve known since day one that their goal is to take away our freedom to choose.

john,

There is ZERO justification for introducing a NATIONWIDE abortion ban yesterday when 16 states already have abortion bans in place.

CHIP IN NOW TO FIGHT BACK [[link removed]]

Yet, that’s what the two radical Republicans did yesterday: U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and U.S. Rep. Chris Smith introduced an extreme and dangerous bill that would ban abortion in all 50 states. We do NOT need more politicians in the middle of personal medical decisions that are best decided by a pregnant person with their doctor and loved ones.

We need to ensure access to safe and legal abortion. That means investing in pro-choice represenatives that will fight for reproductive rights, bodily autonomy, and the future of pregnant people across the country.

Please, if you’re with me in this fight, chip in $3 to my campaign. I’m running for Congress to fight for reproductive rights and legal access to abortion against Tony Gonzales — a staunch pro-life Republican. We need investments in our campign now if we are going to keep Congress from passing this dangerous nationwide abortion ban! [[link removed]]

I’ve always supported people’s right to choose what happens to their own body, and I’ve always supported access to reproductive care. But Tony Gonzales has cosponsored 7 anti-abortion bills, and we can be sure that if he is in Congress next year, he will vote YES on a nationwide abortion ban — which would have a devastating impact on rural southwest Texas and healthcare services for young mothers. This bill will kill the practice of maternity care in America as fewer doctors will be willing to see pregnant women. We must elect more pro-choice representatives if we are going to keep this bill from passing.

The American people overwhelmingly support access to safe, legal abortion, and will not stand for lawmakers imposing abortion bans and interfering with their personal health care decisions. We must hold these anti-abortion politicians to account at the ballot box in November. And that means fighting back.

Please support my campaign today with a $3 donation. Together, we can ensure that this bill never passes in Congress.

Thank you for fighting alongside me for a better future.
