** Young Republicans National Deployment Weekend Wrap-Up

YR National Deployment Weekend was a huge success! With the help of dozens of fellow Young Republicans from across the state and the country, we were able to successfully knock on countless doors and get out the vote for Wesley Hunt and Alex Mealer.
Thanks to everyone who supported the effort, let's keep the momentum going to ensure a Red Wave this November!
** HYR September Meeting: Guest Speaker Andy Kahan, Crime Stoppers of Houston

It's no secret that Houston is suffering through a major crime epidemic. Lenient judges and lax politicians are making it easier for violent criminals to become repeat offenders by offering every imaginable consideration, mainly low bonds for violent felonies, including murder. What are the solutions to address the spiraling violent crime statistics in Harris County?
Join us for our September Speaker Series, which promises to be one of the most impactful general meetings we will host this year.
Our guest speaker, Andy Kahan, is a leading expert in the crime epidemic who has spent the last thirty years in Houston in the Mayor's office, as a Houston Police officer, and, currently, serves as the Victim Services and Advocacy Director for Crime Stoppers of Houston.
