Dear John,

After leading the way in beginning to turn Williamson County blue, my good friend, Rep. John Bucy, has offered valued service in the Texas House. With the new redistricting, John and I now share about 70,000 constituents in the part of WilCo that is within the Austin city limits. His Fall BBQ Fest is on Sunday, Oct. 2nd. With far-right Republicans attacking John and bringing their outlandish culture wars to public schools in Williamson County, I am a sponsor of his gathering and will be attending with check in hand. I hope you will join me!

I’m proud to support John for reelection. Now more than ever we need leaders in state government who will stand up for us, from abortion access to gun violence prevention to equality for all. November’s election is the most consequential in our lifetime.

Will you join me in becoming a sponsor or purchasing your tickets today?

I hope you’ll join us on October 2nd. You can find more information about the BBQ below. Be sure and secure your sponsorship or get tickets as soon as you can.

Best,

Lloyd
