Us Texans know how important the right to choose is to folks in our state. We know that the right to obtain an abortion stemming from the initial ruling on Roe v. Wade was made possible because of the work of Texas women. But unfortunately, our state is now known for Governor Abbott and the Texas GOP’s extreme abortion ban, which has no exceptions for rape or incest.
But the majority of Texans oppose this ban. No matter how hard Greg Abbott, Ted Cruz, or Republicans in our state legislature try to convince the rest of the country that Texans want to be controlled by the government, we’ll always fight back.
Let’s remind them that Texas is the Lonestar State and nothing is more important to us than our freedoms. Make your voice heard loud and clear by signing our petition saying that you oppose Texas Republicans’ radical abortion ban. [[link removed]]
