That’s the cost of keeping America safe and defeating terror in Afghanistan.
And in just a few days, Joe Biden threw it all away.
Now, the veterans who were lucky enough to survive are asking themselves a question NO American hero should ever have to ask: was it all worth it?
Joe Biden let a gang of terrorist thugs take over Afghanistan and undo all the hard work our troops put in over 20 years.
He made a mockery of our sacrifices and let my fellow service members die, and I won’t take that sitting down.
I can’t help but wonder myself it was worth it. The time I lost with my family, the troops I had to bury - what was the point if our Commander in Chief would just turn his back on us?
I will always be proud of my service and my fellow veterans and active duty warriors. And when the President of the United States abandons them, you have to ask some hard questions.
