And we should not have to "tolerate" it.       John, Last weekend, Governor Tim Walz rejected the stark reality that crime is tearing apart our cities. He went so far as to say “The fact of the matter is Minnesotans’ tolerance for crime is incredibly low." Our tolerance is not the issue! Last week, a woman was found brutally murdered by her boyfriend in St. Paul. Last week, the crime report has shown ANOTHER increase in car jackings and robberies. THIS WEEK we had ongoing violence at the State Fair, with a drive-by-shooting on the final night! Crime can't be commonplace! And we should not have to "tolerate" it. Of course, the current leadership of our district is DOING NOTHING to respond to the rapidly escalating issue of crime. Our districts' victims have no representation. So I will say what needs to be said: Violent crimes SHOULD NOT BE THE NORM for our neighborhoods! You deserve to live in a community where you don't have to be afraid to walk from your car to your house at night! You should be able to shop at the grocery store in peace! As an elected official in Congress, I will work to provide you with the safety that you, your family, and your friends deserve. I understand that the policies I support have real life effects on you and your life, and I take that responsibility seriously. This November, vote Cicely Davis for Congress to restore assured safety to our community! Best regards, - Cicely Davis DONATE TODAY!
