Dear
John,

If you ever wonder if anything productive occurs during a presidential primary debate ... this Thursday's event has already helped end a protracted labor dispute at Loyola Marymount University -- a win for for Unite Here Local 11, the local union representing food service workers which is led by women of color.

We look forward to hearing more from the candidates this week and are continuing our call for them to center women's lives in the debate and to discuss issues that matter to women and families.

And that includes universal health coverage proposals.

At the National Partnership, we're all about fighting for quality, affordable health coverage, including the full range of reproductive care. That's why we just released a comprehensive policy framework on making universal health coverage meaningful to women.

And we're inviting all our friends and supporters -- YOU -- to add your name to our new #HealthCoverage4All 2020 pledge and then urge your members of Congress to do the same.

Please add your name to the pledge now, then tweet at your members of Congress and tune into the debate Thursday night.

Thanks for all that you do!

Sincerely,

Debra Ness
President
