Friend — This Wednesday, September 7th, I’ll be hosting our campaign’s ‘Courage to Lead’ rally in Salt Lake City.

Just two months before Election Day, this event will kickstart the final stretch of our campaign to represent Utah and replace Senator Mike Lee in Washington.

If you’re one of the principled Republicans, Democrats or independents ready for more effective, unifying leadership to help fix our broken politics, will you chip in to support our campaign before this landmark moment?

Washington is divided and broken. Our so-called “leaders” cater to partisan extremes to preserve their own power rather than reach across the aisle to work with others and solve our most pressing issues.

My far-right opponent Mike Lee is a ringleader of our broken politics, and it’s past time we held him accountable. Senator Lee seems to think his job is all about voting ‘no’ and demonizing his political opposition when, in fact, the job of a senator is to roll up your sleeves and deliver results for those you represent.

It’s time to change the way Washington works for Utah. And that’s why I’m running for the U.S. Senate — not as a Republican or Democrat — but as an independent who will bring people together to solve the real problems we face.

Our campaign is inviting all principled Republicans, Democrats, independents and other third-party members to join our cross-partisan coalition and be a part of the solution to overcome the division and extremism tearing our country apart.
