We have some unfortunate news to share: the Arizona Fair Elections Act will not be on the ballot this November.

Why?? Because a handful of partisan judges appointed by Arizona's Governor decided to throw out the majority of the ballot's petition signatures.

Between anti-democracy state lawmakers and a court that's stacked against voting rights, the voices of hundreds of thousands of Arizona voters have been disregarded.

While we have been dealt this setback, we are far from giving up. Our team is currently accessing other means to protect voting rights in Arizona this November and beyond.
