In just 48 hours, we’ll reach our very last end-of-month fundraising deadline of the summer. In a minute, I’m going to ask you to chip in $5 to help me DEFEAT Kevin McCarthy, but first, I want to give you an update on our race:

Central Valley voters know Kevin McCarthy is a horrible representative for our district. They’ve seen him turn his back on his constituents time and time again in order to enrich himself and his big-money donors. People are finally waking up to the fact that Kevin McCarthy is a career politician who is in this race for himself.

Recent polling revealed that right now, the biggest hurdle we’re facing is that voters do not know there’s a viable candidate out there who can beat him. If voters don’t know we’re in this race, they won’t show up to the polls -- essentially handing McCarthy this win on a silver platter. We can’t let that happen. 

John, voters need to know there’s a candidate running against McCarthy who will FIGHT for the Central Valley. Can you chip in $5 or more to help us increase our outreach efforts and beat him once and for all?

In roughly one week our mailers, digital ads, and field outreach are going to ramp up to boost our get-out-the-vote effort. We’re going to meet voters where they’re at, listen to their concerns, and help them make a plan to get to the polls. 

Funding these outreach efforts takes resources, and that’s why this last end-of-month deadline of the summer is so critical. Whatever we raise in the next 48 hours will go directly to voter outreach. So, I’m coming to you directly:
