Hi John,

It’s Senator Cory Booker! I’m reaching out to talk to you about Congressman Bishop’s re-election campaign. The balance of the House, and the trajectory of our country, could come down to this race.

That’s why I’m asking: Can you chip in $25 to help Congressman Bishop reach his $10,000 end-of-month fundraising goal and protect our Democratic House majority?

With a Democratic Congress, we’ve been able to help hundreds of millions of Americans by passing legislation like the Inflation Reduction Act. This legislation will lower health care and prescription costs, create millions of jobs, and make historic investments in clean energy, all without raising taxes for any family making less than $400,000. And not a single Republican in Congress voted for it.

That’s why it is so vital that we protect our Democratic House majority; Republicans are obstructing common sense legislation that helps American families. If we want to protect and continue our progress, we must hold our slim majority in the House.

John, let me be clear: The NRCC and other GOP super PACs are doing everything they can and pouring millions of dollars into this race to stop our progress, flip Congressman Bishop’s seat, and take back the U.S. House.

We can stop them, but only with an equally powerful showing of grassroots fundraising that gets Congressman Bishop to his $10,000 August fundraising goal.

So John, can you chip in today to help Congressman Bishop meet his $10,000 fundraising goal before his end-of-month deadline?

Thank you,
Cory Booker
