The Democrats’ recent string of special election victories are proving that the GOP’s plans for a red wave this November were overblown. Hitting our fundraising goal in this competitive swing district is a great way to show that the Democratic momentum we’re seeing is very real.

Republicans are pouring money into IL-17 because they know it’s going to be an ultra-competitive race. Eric’s not taking corporate PAC cash, so in order  to counter their big-dollar donors, we’re depending on contributions from grassroots supporters like you.
